Albanese Easter Gummi Candy

Earlier this year I wrote about the Albanese Candy Company! You can find my previous blog about them here. I mentioned then how much I loved their Valentine’s Day gummi’s and that they had really flavor packed gummi candies. I also mentioned how I’d probably never eat another brands gummi bears again, and this review just confirms my choice to do so.

I reached out to Jennifer over at the Albanese candy offices and asked if I could review their Easter and Spring gummi candy. She was so generous and sent me one pound of each of their Easter/Spring gummi selections!

There is a bag missing from the above picture as my husband found these and there was no holding him back. They were gone within one episode of Hawaii 5-0. I am telling you they are so addicting, and I have no shame in admitting that. I tried every single kind and I tried them maybe once or twice more after that just to be sure I could report a good review on them.

Lets review their butterflies! They have both large and mini butterflies. I really loved the detail on their wings, it makes them that more pretty. The colors are so bright and vibrant and perfect for spring, and Easter. They were super soft, and my son really enjoyed ripping his teeth through the large butterflies.

These are their mini butterflies, but the difference between these two sets is the one on the left are their sugar-free butterflies and the ones on the right are the original. The tastes is still amazing, and I almost prefer the sugar-free ones over the original ones. The colors vary as well with the sugar-free ones, they are bit more dark in color, and a bit more tough in texture.

Above is their sanded Gummi Bears and their Easter Bunnies! The flavors are the same as the rest, but the “sanded” sugar is actual sweet not sour like you’d think them to be. My son thought they were sour, but I told him that they were just extra sweet.  They also have Easter Bunnies that are just the regular gummies, without the sanded coating. These were both very good as well, I am just going to tell you now they were all really good. I have yet to be disappointed by Albanese!

Lastly here are the Flower shaped gummies that I think are a perfect addition to the Spring and Easter collection!

I know that any child, or in my case husband would be thrilled to get Albanese gummies in their Easter baskets or just because!! Jennifer is graciously offering a coupon code for all my amazing followers. The code is AboutMeSpring, it is for 20% off any purchase of $20 or more the code will be valid through Easter Sunday April 5th.
